Join artist Louise Frances Smith for a practical workshop learning about the basics of working with bioplastics and using local materials to make biomaterials.

The first part of the workshop will be in person at The Margate School. After a short presentation about her work and working with bioplastics we will make some bioplastic recipes together. Louise will guide you through the steps of making bioplastics and the different moulds you can use and how you can continue to experiment with these materials. This workshop is aimed at those who might be curious about working with bioplastics or biomaterials but haven't experimented yet.

One week later there is the option to meet online to discuss…
