Starting with a photo walk around Margate seafront and the town centre, you will shoot a roll of black and white film before returning to The Margate School to process your images. This is a good introduction to the magic of analogue photography.
Using Patterson film tanks and standard photographic chemistry you will develop your 35mm or 120 film. Covering the loading of the film onto the film spiral, mixing the chemistry, adjusting temperature, processing, washing and drying. Suitable for complete beginners or those in need of a refresher.
Please contact darkroom@themargateschool.com for more information
35mm or 120 photographic film and chemicals are included. You will need to bring your own camera, there will be advice on hand for loading etc.
