Sue Pitman’s work is a vibrant exploration of colour and texture, focusing on the ways in which these elements intersect with daily life, particularly through the lens of location and architectural landscapes. Primarily using collage, Pitman manipulates scale to create dramatic shifts in material, crafting a unique pictorial world that is distinctly her own.

Sue Pitman is a multidisciplinary artist, stylist, and creative director. Born in South London, she studied at St. Martin’s College of Art (now Central Saint Martins). Throughout her career, Pitman has worked as a freelance Photographic Stylist, an independent Creative Director for her own production company, and as an interior styling tutor at Central Saint Martins. For the past two years, Pitman has had a studio at The Margate School, this will be for her fourth solo exhibition.
