Learn to get the most from your film camera and build your confidence in this one day course Shooting on FIlm. This workshop will give you a thorough understanding of the principles of film photography followed by a photowalk around Margate. A roll of Black and White film will be provided.

Aimed at image makers with experience with either digital or analogue cameras, Shooting on Film will explore the specifics of analogue film photography, giving you a greater understanding of the medium and helping you bring a new dimension to your photography. This is also a good opportunity to rediscover your old camera, with our technician on hand to check it over and give advice. A film camera can be borrowed from the school if required.

Film will be processed and scanned for you in the following week, unless otherwise requested.
