Performances by Amias Hanley, Josie Carter and Grace Saint.
Amias Hanley is an artist working at the intersection of sound, technology, and ecology. While their broader practice is grounded in auditory-led research through sculpture and installation, their performances embrace sound as an experimental and listenable medium. Often drawing on site, atmospherics, electromagnetics, found objects, and field recordings, their performances explore the interiors, thresholds, and possibilities of sound.
Josie Carter is an artist and poet who makes objects, performances, writings and sounds. Her work is involved with the tussle between body, space and words, oscillating between practices of forming and ordering, and the rupturing of forms and orders (in a queerblack way). She lives in Folkestone, Kent, in the Channel borderlands of England.
Grace Saint is a Queer Christian Rat leading a deconstructed and inclusive RAT ART ministry. Avant garde contemporary Christian, Saint navigates their own faith…
