The Margate School are proud to be part of the inaugural UK Creative Festival at Dreamland, which launches this week (8—10 September, 2021).

Free tickets are available to the careers fair for young Creatives aged 16 - 24, and if you can't make the whole event, tickets are available to buy for other parts such as the awards show or the festival panels.

The event will also feature Simon Pegg alongside speakers from local and National organisations, leading creative agencies and production companies including the Ridley Scott Creative Group, MPC, The Mill, ITV Creative, and Turner Contemporary.

The Margate School will make an appearance at the Roller Disco stage on Thursday 9 Sept (9:30–10:15am) for a panel discussion on sustainable fashion and on Friday 10 Sept (10:00–10:45am) to discuss freelance careers into the design industry alongside their studio members and students. Find the full schedule here.

Profits made from the UK Creative Festival will go to the Creative Foundation to help support young creatives and aims to address the lack of diversity in the UK creative industries through education and work placements.
